MS. HONG TRANG NGUYEN – FINANCIAL EXPERT OF TECHSTART CONTEST – HANOI POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY

In the development strategy 2017 – 2025, one of the goals of the University is to form an excellent technology innovation center in the region, strongly attracting funding and investment from the State, organizations and enterprises. domestically and internationally; bringing the University to the top group in Asia according to the ranking of creative capacity. That is why the University always promotes the spirit of entrepreneurship among students and organizes the competitions of Innovation & Creativity.With that orientation, the Academic – Scientific Research – Career Board and the HIEC Innovation & Entrepreneurship Club decided to organize the “TECHSTART Technology Startup Innovation Contest”. Hopefully this will be a contest of the best and most practical startup ideas through the topic of Technology. The contest’s mission is to promote the student entrepreneurship movement in Vietnam and become “a launching pad” for technology ideas, “a bridge” with businesses and investment funds for future business ideas.Ms. Hong Trang – CEO of EUBELIFE is pleased to be invited by the Organizing Committee to attend this program as a Lecturer, Speaker of the Workshop “Startup Finance” and an Expert, Mentor for the teams competing in finance, business.

The progress of training anh Mentoring for these teams is really interesting experiences with Ms. Hong Trang CEO EUBELIFE. Before organizing the Workshop, the Organizing Committee was quite worried and wondered: “The topic of business finance is really new to the teams, how can the teams after a 3-hour workshop have a chance to understand the basics of corporate finance?”

But with a wealth of teaching experience, especially her faith in the young generation of technology, Ms. Hong Trang firmly believes that: “despite the short time, if she helps students to understand the nature of finance, the students will quickly grasp the knowledge about assets, capital sources, revenue, expenses, etc. as well as methods of making and reading financial statements…

And the results of the Workshop were surprising, 100% of the teams felt that the course was really useful and all had very positive comments about the program content as well as the speaker Ms. Hong Trang.We hope that the competition teams will acquire important financial knowledge, thereby leading their Project to successfully build a business financial strategy, step by step leading their Startups to develop strongly in the future. …
