BIZMAP accompanies YESIB – a strong community that starts with the right development map

In Vietnam’s journey toward sustainable development, impact-driven enterprises do far more than generate revenue, create jobs, or provide products and services. They carry a larger mission: creating opportunities for people with disabilities and vulnerable communities, fostering self-reliance, inclusion, and positive social contribution.

Under Decision No. 19/QĐ/UBTW-DNT dated March 12, 2026, issued by the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, the Vietnam Young Impact Entrepreneurs Club (YESIB) was officially established to connect entrepreneurs with disabilities and disadvantaged individuals who aspire to build businesses or are already operating enterprises. The Club serves as a platform for knowledge sharing, management capability development, collaboration opportunities, and resource mobilization — contributing to a more inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem in Vietnam.

At the center of this inspiring journey is Ms. Nguyễn Thị Vân, Chairwoman of the Club and one of the most respected social entrepreneurs in Vietnam. As the Co-founder and Chairwoman of Nghị Lực Sống/Imagtor, she has overcome extraordinary personal challenges to build an ecosystem that empowers people with disabilities through career opportunities, skills development, and renewed confidence. In 2019, she was recognized by the BBC as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in the World and was also honored by Forbes Vietnam among the 50 Most Influential Women in Vietnam.

On May 12, 2026, following the Memorandum of Understanding between BIZMAP and the Club, the first strategic training program was officially launched under the theme:

“Building the Development Map for the Vietnam Impact Entrepreneurs Community”

This inaugural program was designed for 11 founding member enterprises — the very first building blocks in shaping a long-term, sustainable impact entrepreneur community in Vietnam.

The program was developed based on BIZMAP’s proprietary strategic coaching methodology: beginning with the Club’s legal foundation, identifying key stakeholders, clarifying mission, vision, and core values, and then moving into strategic planning and operational system design.

The focus was not merely on defining “what strategy is,” but on transforming strategy into execution — turning long-term objectives into measurable daily operations and creating an integrated coordination system capable of delivering real impact.

What made the program distinctive was its approach. BIZMAP did not begin with rigid organizational charts or traditional one-dimensional management structures. Instead, participants were guided to start from the market itself: understanding customer insights, stakeholder expectations, competitive advantages, and ecosystem dynamics — before designing organizational structures, operational models, and resource allocation mechanisms.

This is precisely where many organizations struggle. Many entrepreneurs have studied strategy extensively, attended countless seminars, and consumed significant management knowledge — yet still face one fundamental challenge:

How can strategy move beyond PowerPoint slides and become a living operational system?
How can a community organization operate not only through passion, but through governance discipline and measurable effectiveness?
How can human-centered values coexist with professional management capability?

At BIZMAP, we believe that strong communities are not built by inspiration alone.
Strong communities require:

  • the right mindset,
  • the right systems,
  • the right data,
  • and courageous pioneers willing to lead the way forward.

For entrepreneurial communities in particular, the greatest asset is not factories, inventory, or machinery. The most valuable asset is the quality of relationships — and the capability to manage those relationships effectively across internal, domestic, and international ecosystems.

This training program was therefore not simply an educational activity. It marked the beginning of a structured development journey — one aimed at building professional operating mechanisms, mobilizing resources effectively, and generating long-term social impact.

Having accompanied more than 800 Vietnamese enterprises across financial governance, accounting, tax/legal compliance, transparency, and sustainable development, BIZMAP is honored to contribute to the growth of Vietnam’s impact-driven enterprises — helping them achieve sustainable business performance while creating greater value for vulnerable communities and society as a whole.

As the Strategic & Operational Advisor to the Club, BIZMAP will continue to work alongside the Executive Committee and core member enterprises to build a systematic development platform — from strategic mapping and operational systems to performance measurement and international resource connectivity.

Because ultimately, inclusive development is not merely an inspiring slogan.
It is a long-term journey that must be:

  • governed with wisdom,
  • measured through systems,
  • and sustained by trust.

And that journey has now begun — with the right development map.
