Time: 08 to 10 hours (01-02 lessons)

  2. Managing and supervising skills and organizing skills in finance, accounting and tax at enterprises:
  • Skills in administrating output cash flow of company and accounting inputs factors.
  • Skills in managing production process, construction and building process as well as calculating costs (price)
  • Skills in administrating input cash flow of company and accounting sales and services providing process
  1. Skills in business administration by building up, implementing operating regulations and process of operating supervision
  • Building up function and responsibility regulations of each department
  • Building up internal control system
  • Building up Labor regulations of company
  • Building up Finance regulations
  • Building up regulations of salary, reward and insurance
  • Building up system of working title and reports system of administration
