IPSC<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0is known as one of the largest and most comprehensive technical assistance projects of foreign donors in Vietnam for the development of the private economic sector in Vietnam. The focus is on capacity building for pioneering businesses and growing small businesses, including both female-owned and disadvantaged businesses. This project will focus on supporting businesses to solve internal problems in management, people, markets, technology and finance. The number of businesses that the Project is expected to reach: at least 5,000 businesses with enhanced capacity, 60 pioneering enterprises, 240 enterprises reaching out to regional and international markets. The project believes that the success of these supported businesses will spread the knowledge, results and lessons of success to the entire Vietnamese private economic community.<\/p>\nIPSC The project is implemented with funding from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Vietnamese Ministry of Planning and Investment as the governing body. The project will provide leading Vietnamese consultants and reputable domestic and international business development consulting firms to help Vietnamese businesses accelerate growth and bring Vietnamese-branded products reaching out to the world market.<\/p>\n
