The Vietnam Tourism Startup Program (VTS) has been developed, organized and operated by Songhan Incubator (SHi) since 2017, with a long-term vision of building a startup incubator ecosystem. Innovating Vietnam’s first large-scale tourism industry, creating innovative start-ups with new products, new services, new markets and new development momentum for Vietnam’s tourism industry .
VTS 2018 closed with the success of incubated projects such as: VEO project successfully raised VND 5.7 billion from Shark Thuy, Liberzy project raised USD 100,000 technology capital to develop over 160,000 users, successfully raised USD 110,000 from Shark Dung for a 30% stake after nearly 2 years. In 2019, EDUBELIFE as a partner of the tourism tourism program 2019 with Song Han incubator, participated strongly in the series of advisory and training activities on financial and business management skills. for startups in the incubation that Shi organized successfully last.

EDUBELIFE is fulfilling in “transferring the flame” for Vietnamese Tourism Startups VTS 2019
In October 2019, VTS 2019 kicked off Stage 3: Acceleration (SHi Accelerator Journey), efforts to find and select qualified businesses and startups to accelerate and commercialize products.
With this speeding round, EDUBELIFE is honored to be invited by Song Han Incubator (SHi) Board of Directors to “continue to accompany Songhan in SHi Accelerator Journey VTS 2019 as a training mentor” .
It is expected that with this important period, EDUBELIFE will accelerate the startup to “raise capital” successfully. EDUBELIFE topics that will participate in mentoring, training include:
- Consult to prepare financial records to call for investment capital (including internal audit, reviewing legal risks, perfecting the accounting book system & financial statements to ensure transparency, transparency practical, objective, consistent with the accounting regime, accounting standards & relevant legal provisions).

- Start up valuation consultancy & evaluate the project’s financial performance.
